Inside Out is a live album inspired by the gnarliest, most grimey and rough sounding punk show recordings of the 80s and the upcoming postpunkish more grungy and noisey sound of the 90s.

"We had the the crappiest audiofiles of our best liveshows remastered to try to get the best out of them. I want people who listen to this tape and feel like they are in the center of the moshpit. I wanted a document that communicates the energy of those shows rather than having a perfectly mixed and mastered recording. We used to be an artsy band with no money, that's why we really didn't want to go into the studio to record. Playing live was our thing. You'd be surprised how expensive it is to put out an album that sounds like no money."
